Founder of Mackey: At Your Service.

What began as a simple observation inside luxury retail evolved into a vision for a new kind of service.

For years, I worked alongside personal stylists, luxury retailers, and discerning clients, including supporting Saks Fifth Avenue's in-home shopping experience. Time and time again, I witnessed a common challenge: clients wanted the convenience of shopping from home, but retailers and stylists needed a trusted partner to manage the logistics that made those experiences possible.

I saw firsthand how powerful it was when a curated collection arrived directly at a client's home, hotel, office, or event destination. The client could shop comfortably, privately, and confidently while the stylist focused on what they do best—building relationships and creating exceptional wardrobes.

What I also saw was the amount of coordination required behind the scenes. Garments needed to be transported with care. Timelines had to be met.  Returns had to be handled seamlessly. Every detail mattered.

 

That's where the vision for Mackey: At Your Service was born.

Our mission is simple: to provide white-glove logistics and concierge support that extends the luxury shopping experience beyond the store.

We are not a delivery service. We are a luxury logistics partner.

We serve as the bridge between luxury retailers, personal stylists, and their clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects the same level of excellence expected inside the world's finest boutiques and department stores.

Whether supporting a personal stylist preparing a home presentation, assisting a boutique with a VIP client, or coordinating wardrobe logistics for a special event, our goal remains the same:
